The second most populous country in the world, India, has so far got over 1200 cases of officially reported Swine Flu cases spread across the country.
Today, a school girl in the western state of Pune , succumbed to the deadly disease, amidst reports of negligence on the part of the private hospital which attended to the patient.
With the coming winter season , the Indian government authorities are really worried about the mass health issues the disease can cause, and are taking precautionary measures on a war footing.
