North Korea readying for Nuclear war
The North Korean government has termed US President Obama as a hypocrite, and said that nuclear program is not the prerogative of US alone. It criticized US for piling up thousands of nuclear weapons, and asking other countries to avoid making nuclear weapons.
North Korea also said that it will retaliate one hundred to one thousand times, if any provocative action is taken on it by US or Japan or South Korea. It said that it will retaliate with full force and does not rule out firing nuclear missiles.
North Korea is also said to have started withdrawing funds from Macau, due to fears that the money could be frozen anytime by UN.
It is also said to be preparing for another nuclear test in the coming weeks. It is also said to be preparing for testing of two long range missiles with nuclear capabilities, which can hit South Korea / Japan and even deep into United States of America.
Russia which shares border with North Korea, has reacted promptly by saying that it is ready for shooting down any missile that gets into its territory from North Korea.
The UN has sanctioned powers to all member countries to stop and search any North Korean ship in high seas, if they are suspected to carry any nuclear material. North Korea has strongly objected to this, and has said that if any of its ship is stopped in the high seas, it will retaliate with full military force on those countries working against it.
So far China has been strongly supporting North Korea from behind the scenes, but after the blatant violation by North Korea on the nuclear issue, has forced China to get out of the scene and support the UN resolution against North Korea. It is important to note that even after the UN resolution, China has remained a mute spectator and it has not spoken a single word against the North Korean regime.
