Gaining weight is easy, but losing is tough
When someone (especially spouse) comments on the weight it’s really hurting. Yoga classes, gym, exercises help us up to some extent only. Concentrating on your diet is very important especially during weight reduction.
Plan to reduce weight in easy five ways to reduce your weight and stay healthy:
1. Taste differs from person to person. So try to have all the foods you love, but always try to keep the quantity small as possible. Second servings need to be avoided.
2. Have excess of water whenever you feel hungry other than the meals or dinner time.
Water is the life energy and is capable of enhancing your brain parts.
3. Lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, yogurts, nuts and beans should be included in your daily diet in some form or another. Try to avoid meat and its byproducts. try to avoid all the junk during the lunch or dinner period especially.
4. Taking the food slowly and concentrate on the food you eat reduces not only the food intake but also helps in the digestion process dissolving the essentials.
5. Each time you reduce the weight try to pamper yourself .see if you reduce some five kgs. Try to buy some new clothes for yourself. Don’t try to eat heavy again as a gift instead and put on weight remember.
