Egyptians take up unity rally
About tens of thousands of Egyptians gathered in the central Tahir Square in Cairo and made a rally during Friday. The rally done by Egyptians was has shown the force of the Salafi Muslims and the Islamic and the difference between the liberal activists. The popular uprising of the crowds is the largest and is against the ousted President Hosni Mubarak which started in the month of February. There was a chanting the Islamic laws by the Salafis Muslims and spurring accusations as they violated the whole rally.
One could see the whole rally inspite of the agreement broke the law and had contained many divisive issues and accusations. The best organized political force of Egypt which os the Muslim Brotherhood has turned out into a success and has boosted the turnout. The groups across Egypt has kept itself away from the recent demonstrations and asked to keep the pressure over the military council. The main aim of the recent demonstrations is help the military council to take up power after the fall of Mubarak and lead them.
The participation of the Islamists showed the growing rift between themselves and the liberal activists as they rallied towards the square. There were some of the islamists who opposed the adoption of the guidelines and asked for the new constitution drafting after the elections later. The measure in the effort was endorsed by the liberal parties and they fear the islamist influence which has been increased. Most of the group leaders feel that the religious groups will win large seats in the parliament and the supreme council has accepted the issue.
