On Monday Premier Wen Jiabao visited for a Japanese delegation where he spoke about the low wages. Wen said that the Japanese companies working in China pay Chinese workers a low wages. The low wages has created to labor disputes in China especially this year said Wen. Wen spoke this after Japanese foreign minister Katsuyta Okada had asked for a transparent policies.
The disputes has stopped the work of many factories where Okada highlighted the issue. The meeting between the two nations Japan and China said about the high level economic meeting and need for regional cooperation. The low wages paid by the foreign companies have created the labor disputes so there is need for Japan to address the dispute.
The second and third economy of the world Japan and China asked for a transparency on the way to improve the business environment in China. Japan even asked China to ease the Export controls on metals which are used in cars,computers and other tech products. Wen even addressed the necessity for the limitations which would reduce the over development and smuggling. The two countries with big market potential and interdependent needed to rely on each other said the Chinese delegation Vice premier Wang Qishan.
