US administration foregoes deportation
US Obama administration has taken deportation for illegal students in US. A number of immigrants who are convicted to crimes are under deportation but one group is spared. The children who came into Unites States without any papers and are now students are spared. If the immigrant students are identified as illegally staying in US by the federal agents. The students are released from detention and deportations were canceled said the immigrant advocates.
There are 7,00,000 illegal immigrants who will become eligible for a legal status if the bill is passed. The bill even confirms the age of the students when they are high school graduates and their age must be 16 when they reached US. No formal change in the plan was made for the students to stay said the department of homeland security officials. The illegal migrant issue has been under pressure for a long time because many migrants have protested for passage.
The legislation would be supported by lawmakers who have asked to prevent the student deportation until congress takes. Any action will weaken the enforcement against the illegal immigrants feel many Republicans. However Obama administration have accelerated the pace of deportations of immigration enforcement overall.
There are too many issues to handle for the US of late !
