Announcement of Obama to the New US approach for the foreign aids during the UN Millennium Development Goals. Obama said that the foreign aid is welcome but the aid should focus on the capacity biding instead of creating dependency. The poor countries have lack of resources which is necessary for development of the country.

The resources can be gained from the developed country to the developing country to complete the resource gap. Many number of studies have shown that the foreign aid has never filled the objectives of the developing countries. The foreign aid is offered by the donors under some conditions which has its own price for the developing nations. Most of the foreign aid is wasted when the developing nation wastes the aid to buy overpriced imports and services. Most of the strategic interests is decided by the choice of the developing nations and not the poverty which exists. Some governments which receive the aid corrupt by doing poor modernising and developing a civilian infrastructure or use it for military.

As the world’s conflict and diplomatic dramas raise the UN wants to help people under poverty. The global leaders had debated over the nuclear drive and the flood disaster in Pakistan during the meeting. The UN summit had debated over the poverty around the world and measures taken to overcome.

On Friday a state run newspaper of Egypt published a doctored photograph. The doctored photograph showed Egypt president in the front and putting president Obama back. The newspaper said that by doing this it showed the key role played by Mubarak during the peace talks.

The article photo had just plastered titled “The Road to Sham El Sheikh”which refereed to the Egyptian red sea resort. The photos had showed an unprofessional touch and called the photo as a regime’s deception of the eypt ’s country said few Egyptians bloggers. The photo was an attempt to distract attention from the Egypt roles in Mideast peace progress which has wanned. The editor in chief of the newspaper Osama Saraya had lashed out at the critics where the original photo was published a day before. The doctored version only meant to illustrate the leading role of Egypt Mideast peace and not meant to change the role.
